A NON PROFIT CORPORATION DEDICATED TO THE PERPETUATION OF THE MUSICAL HERITAGE OF THE WORLD

· To promote the appreciation of music in general, by promoting, enabling, and implementing public performances and displays which will give the musical heritage of the world a wider and deeper exposure. To popularize this musical heritage, and to implement the dissemination of music as an important facet of human experience.

· To provide for and implement public demonstrations of various aspects of humanity's musical heritage in order to promote an appreciation and understanding of, music, and related arts.

· Scholarly research and archiving of extant samples of the musical history of the world, insofar as such music is in danger of being lost or unappreciated. Anthropological audio visual documentation of remaining sources of the musical performances of distinct cultural groups, and of ancient music, primitive music, and tribal music, which is still extant but is in danger of being lost due to the rapid modernization of the world.

· To make available audio and visual materials demonstrating the place and function of music in the broad context of human experience.

· To establish a museum, library, and database of music which will make ancient and historical music available, as well as all categories of music, past and present, in an organized and systematic format.

The musical heritage foundation Inc. is soliciting grants and sponsors for the acquisition of a permanent fairground and Exposition site in the Los Angeles vicinity to accommodate an ongoing continuous series of performances and demonstrations of music, dance, arts, crafts, and related products. Sponsors will be given prominent recognition.
